Many tenants, one front door
Members pay for a desk that feels professional the moment they walk in, whether the floor is open-plan coworking downtown, executive suites in an office park near the airport or a business center where a dozen companies share one reception desk. The operator answers for every crumb and coffee ring. Salinas Commercial Cleaning plans the work around the way members really use your floor, so the space reads as cared for at 8 a.m. no matter how late the last person stayed.
Hot desks and the open floor
Because a hot desk has a new occupant most days, it gets first claim on the crew’s time. Nightly, cleared desk surfaces are wiped edge to edge, chair arms and seats are cleaned, and monitor stands, desk lamps and power hubs on shared desks get a dust and a wipe. Anything a member leaves behind on a desk stays exactly where it is. Dedicated desks are dusted around personal items, and bins under every desk are emptied. Carpet in the open area is vacuumed down every aisle and under the tables, with drips and coffee spots treated before they set.
The print and supply station is another spot every member touches. The printer’s panel and paper trays are wiped on the outside, scrap paper and empty toner boxes are cleared away, and the counter beside it is cleaned. Entry door pulls, elevator buttons on your floor, light switches and the badge reader face are wiped on each visit, because a hundred different hands may use them in a single week.
Call booths, conference rooms and recording corners
Phone booths are small rooms used all day by one person at a time. The glass is cleared of smudges inside and out, the seat and small worktop wiped, and the carpet vacuumed into the corners. Conference rooms go back to a bookable state: tables cleaned, chairs pushed in, cords coiled, markers capped and whiteboards cleaned wherever members have left them clear for erasing. Video screens are dusted on the frame, and remote controls and conference phones get a wipe. A recording room or podcast booth joins the same route, with acoustic panels dusted gently.
The coffee bar and community kitchen
Nearly every member passes through the kitchen in a day, so it gets a full pass each night. Counters, sinks and backsplashes are cleaned, the coffee machine and kettle are wiped outside, appliance fronts and the microwave interior are cleaned, and the refrigerator handle and door seals get attention. Tables and stools in the community area are wiped and straightened. We can also shop for coffee, snacks, drinks and paper goods and fill the shelves for you with our breakroom and pantry restocking option, which spares the operator a store run before a member event.
Private offices and member storage
Private offices follow each member’s access arrangement. Where a key or code is provided, the room is vacuumed, bins are emptied and open surfaces dusted; where a member prefers no entry, the office is skipped and noted for the operator. Lockers and mail slots are wiped on the outside, the mailroom counter is cleaned and the reception desk is dusted around the operator’s papers and devices. Restrooms are cleaned and stocked on every visit, with towels, tissue and soap topped off.
Many shared floors divide private offices with glass walls and glass doors. Those panels pick up handprints at shoulder height and smudges where people lean while talking, so they are cleaned on a regular rotation along with the glass at the main entrance. Window sills, blinds and the tops of partitions get a dusting on the same cycle, keeping the bright, open look members signed up for.
Daytime care, events and floors
Members come and go from early morning until well into the evening, and a busy floor needs attention between nightly visits. A day porter can circulate through the floor while members work, clearing the kitchen, restocking restrooms and resetting meeting rooms between bookings. After an evening meetup or a launch party, a next-morning reset can be booked so the floor is ready for the regulars. Carpet extraction and hard-floor refinishing are scheduled through our floor care service, typically over a weekend so no workday is interrupted.
Getting a plan for your space
Your community manager walks the floor with us on a free walkthrough, pointing out the busiest desks, the booked rooms and any private offices with special access. From there you receive a written quote with a nightly checklist for each area. Every cleaner sent to your space is background-checked, and supervisors make periodic quality inspections. Should the building’s owner want proof of our coverage, a certificate of insurance goes to them before the first night of service. If the building around your floor also needs care, our office cleaning and business park cleaning pages cover suites and shared lobbies.
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Do you clean members' desks?
Yes, every desk surface members leave clear. Items on a desk are left in place and the crew cleans around them, so nobody arrives to find their things moved.
Can cleaning happen late, after members leave?
Yes. Crews arrive after the floor empties, often late in the evening or before dawn, and a day porter can cover the hours when members are in.
Will you buy and restock our coffee and snacks?
Yes. Pantry restocking covers coffee, snacks, drinks and paper goods, purchased and shelved on whatever schedule your space needs.
Our landlord asks vendors for insurance paperwork. Can you send it?
Yes. Our certificate of insurance goes to your landlord or property manager before service starts.
Can the floor be ready the morning after a member mixer?
Yes. Book a reset for the following morning, and tables, kitchen, restrooms and floors are back to normal before members arrive.
