Restroom supplies for packing sheds, plants, offices and storefronts

Salinas Commercial Cleaning provides the restroom and handwashing products your site goes through and keeps them where your people reach for them. Buy them with our cleaning, and crews refill as they work. Buy them alone, and we drop them off for your staff to load. Either way, nobody on your team is counting rolls or making a store run when a towel unit goes empty.

The product list

  • Bath tissue for restrooms and locker rooms
  • Roll or folded towels at every sink
  • Hand soap for restrooms, break rooms and wash stations
  • Hand sanitizer at entries, offices and the doors between production areas and break rooms
  • Toilet seat covers
  • Can liners and heavy trash bags in sizes for everything from office bins to dock carts
  • Dispensers for paper, soap and sanitizer, provided by us and mounted by our crew

Refills on cleaning visits, when you order both

If you take supplies along with our commercial cleaning, a room is not finished until it is restocked. Sites that keep buying their own products can have the crew load those instead. The crew opens each dispenser in the restroom or locker room, refills what is running down, leaves a spare roll and relines the bins. Break room sinks and the sanitizer at the entries get checked on the way out, so stock is reset every time the crew is on site.

Where crews take breaks around the clock, or a front lobby sees visitors all day, day porter service adds refills between cleanings.

Drop-off supplies for sites with their own cleaners

Plenty of plants and offices keep cleaning in-house. They can still get their products from us. Deliveries come on a regular cycle, sized to your real usage, and your staff fill the dispensers. If headcount climbs or falls, the order follows.

Hardware sized to the traffic

A locker room that takes a full production shift at once needs different hardware than a two-person office restroom. We size each room’s setup to its traffic: large-capacity tissue and towel units where crews arrive in waves, standard units in quiet offices, sanitizer at the doors that get used most. Each unit is mounted within easy reach of the sink, stall or doorway that uses it.

Working dispensers can stay where they are, and the walkthrough checks which refills they take. For cleaning the production areas themselves, see food processing facility cleaning and cold storage cleaning.

Closet counts that follow the season

Every restroom and locker room has a set count for its shelf in the supply closet: liners, cover packs, towels, soap refills and rolls, scaled to its stalls, sinks and users. When the shelf dips below that count, the next visit or delivery restores it.

At sites tied to the growing season, the right count changes during the year. When leafy-green work picks up in spring, cooling, packing and processing sites add crews, and those crews shrink again as the work slows in winter. We raise counts for the busy months and lower them afterward, so the closet matches the season.

Take supply ordering off the plant supervisor’s desk

Buying restroom products means checking stock, comparing options, placing orders, accepting deliveries and finding storage space, usually as a side duty for an office manager or plant supervisor. Handing it to us leaves one vendor and one invoice. Our crews are background-checked, and our supervisors include dispensers and closet stock in their quality inspections.

Break room coffee, snacks and drinks belong to breakroom and pantry restocking.

Supply needs by building type

Cooling, packing, cold storage and processing plants put large crews through their restrooms and locker rooms on every shift, so tissue, towels and soap go quickly whenever a whole crew changes over or takes its break at once.

Medical offices and clinics go through soap and towels quickly, since hands are washed before and after every patient. Shopping centers bring a steady flow of customers through their restrooms from open to close.

What goes into the supply price

After a walkthrough we send a written figure based on:

  • Headcount, seasonal crews included, plus visitors
  • Restrooms, locker rooms, stalls and sinks
  • How hard each room is used
  • Product grade
  • How often we deliver or restock
  • Dispensers to provide and install

A few useful answers

Common questions.

Can you stock the locker rooms and break rooms at a processing plant?

Yes. Locker rooms, break rooms, restrooms and entry wash stations are all included, with high-capacity dispensers where crews arrive together.

Our headcount jumps during the growing season. Can supplies keep up?

Yes. Shelf counts go up for the busy months and come back down when crews shrink, so stock matches the people on site.

Our own staff clean the plant. Can we still order supplies?

Yes. Deliveries arrive on a regular cycle, sized to your use, and your staff load the dispensers.

Can we keep the dispensers we already have?

Yes. The walkthrough checks each unit’s refills, and we can supply and mount new dispensers where that is simpler.
