Where Salinas works out
Franchise clubs hold space in shopping centers, independent strength gyms and martial arts schools fill flex units, and fitness rooms sit inside offices, clinics and apartment communities. Each one mixes rubber, turf, mats, tile and glass in its own way, so our gym cleaning plan starts with a walk of your floor and a list built from what you actually run.
Locker rooms and showers members trust
Nothing shapes a member’s opinion of a club faster than the locker room. Shower stalls are scrubbed from the wall tile down to the drain, hair and residue are cleared from drain covers, and grout lines get worked over before soap film can take hold. Benches, locker doors, handles and vanity tops are wiped and left dry.
Toilets, urinals, sinks, partitions and dispensers are cleaned and disinfected, and paper, soap and can liners are topped up from our stock or yours. Tile floors are squeegeed toward the drains and dried, because standing water is both a slip hazard and the start of a musty smell. Grooming counters, hair dryers and scales are wiped down before the crew moves on.
Machines, weights and rubber flooring
On the floor, every station gets hands-on attention. Handlebars and grips, seat and back pads, pin selectors, cable handles, cardio screens and the side rails people grab stepping off a treadmill are wiped and disinfected. Dumbbells, kettlebells and plate storage are cleaned of chalk, and benches are done on every face, including the frame and feet.
Rubber tiles and rolled rubber hold grit deep in their texture. We vacuum the grit out first, then damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner made for rubber so the surface stays grippy instead of going chalky or slick. Turf sled lanes are vacuumed, the edges around racks and machine feet are detailed by hand, and yoga mats, foam rollers and plyo boxes are wiped and stacked. Machine scrubbing and periodic resets run through our floor care service.
Studios, glass, the front desk and back office
Group studios are reset after the last class of the night. Mirror walls are polished edge to edge, spin bikes are wiped from handlebar to flywheel cover, barres and step decks are cleaned, and the floor is finished to suit wood, cushioned vinyl or rubber. Glass partitions and entry doors get a streak-free finish, so the club looks bright from the parking lot.
Up front, check-in counters, key-tag scanners, retail shelves and lobby seating are cleaned, and entry mats are vacuumed of the sand and field soil that rides in on work boots. Staff offices, the coaching office and the employee break room get the same commercial cleaning routine, with tables, sinks, microwaves and bins handled.
Scheduled around your members
Overnight and pre-dawn visits wrap up before the early crowd arrives for a workout ahead of a plant shift or an office day. Clubs that lock up at night get a complete top-to-bottom clean, and boutique studios are serviced once the last class lets out.
A club that stays open around the clock is cleaned in zones. One side of a locker room is signed off and cleaned while the other stays in use, sections of the weight floor are done in the slowest hours, and members keep working out the whole time.
Evenings bring the heaviest traffic. A day porter can work through the after-work rush, restocking restrooms, wiping grips at the busiest stations and keeping locker room floors dry when the club is at its fullest.
Gyms, studios and fitness rooms we can clean
Big-box and 24-hour clubs, boutique yoga, pilates and cycling studios, CrossFit boxes, bouldering gyms and martial arts dojos each get a plan for their floors and equipment. Padded mat floors, rigs, bikes and climbing-wall bases each get the method that suits them.
Smaller rooms count too. Office fitness rooms, apartment gyms and campus recreation spaces see heavy use from a small group that notices every smudge. Physical therapy gyms are cleaned with care around treatment tables, parallel bars and exercise equipment, and scheduled disinfection can sit on top of the routine visits.
How a gym cleaning price comes together
Your price follows the size of the club and how hard it gets used. The main drivers are square footage, how often we visit each week, how many shower stalls and changing areas you keep, the count of group studios and weight or cardio zones, your opening hours or 24-hour schedule, the mix of floor surfaces, and any porter hours during the day.
A walkthrough at a quiet hour lets us see the space as members use it, and the quote that follows prices your club, with porter time listed separately.
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Do we have to close the club while you clean?
The club stays open. A 24-hour club is cleaned zone by zone, one locker room side at a time and one weight-floor section at a time, during the slowest hours.
What gets wiped on the machines and weights?
Handlebars, grips, seat and back pads, pin selectors, cable handles, cardio screens, treadmill rails, dumbbells, kettlebells, plate storage and every face of each bench.
How are martial arts and grappling mats cleaned?
Mats are swept or vacuumed, damp-cleaned with a mat-safe cleaner, disinfected and left to dry before the first class, with the seams and wall pads included.
Can a deep clean of the locker rooms be added a few times a year?
Yes. Periodic deep cleans cover grout scrubbing, shower walls top to bottom, locker tops and vents, and they slot into a quiet overnight or a holiday weekend.
What information helps you price our club?
A walkthrough, your hours, your member traffic pattern and a list of the rooms and floor types. From there we prepare a quote built around your club.
